If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access the website or use any of our services.

The products featured on our site are inspired by well-known designer fragrances, but they are not identical copies. Any brand names, trademarks, or copyrights mentioned (whether used or not) are the sole property of their respective owners. These references are used strictly for comparison and educational purposes, to help customers identify scent profiles.
The Perfume Cabin LLC — also operating as Cabin Parfums — is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the trademark holders mentioned or unmentioned on this website. Our products are independent creations and should not be mistaken for the original designer fragrances.
All trademarks, brand names, and logos used on our site are for identification and reference only, and do not imply any association with the trademark owner.

4. Pricing and Orders
All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices may include applicable taxes depending on your billing/shipping address and relevant laws. We reserve the right to modify product pricing or shipping charges at any time without prior notice. An order placed on our site is not considered accepted until payment is processed and confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inaccuracies in pricing/information or suspected fraud (see Fraud Prevention below).
Order Cancellations: You may request a cancellation of your order only before we have generated a shipping label or otherwise begun preparing your order for shipment. Once a shipping label is created or the order has been dispatched, cancellation or changes are no longer guaranteed. If your cancellation request is received in time and approved, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund of the purchase price. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@theperfumecabin.com with your order number; cancellation requests will be honored at our discretion based on the order’s fulfillment status.
Fraud Prevention: We take payment security seriously. We may verify any order that appears suspicious or involve a high-risk payment. This verification process might include contacting you via email or phone to confirm identity, billing information, or requesting additional documentation. If we are unable to verify an order or suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment. This verification process may delay the shipping and delivery of your order. By ordering from our site, you agree to cooperate with any verification inquiries. We are not liable for any delays caused by necessary fraud prevention checks on your payment.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, typically within the estimated time frames provided at checkout. However, all shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Various factors beyond our control can affect delivery speed. Below are our shipping policies and important information regarding delivery:

Estimated Delivery Time: Orders generally ship out within a few business days after payment confirmation. Transit time can take up to 7 business days or more (depending on your location and shipping method). Please note that delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or other unforeseen logistical issues. While we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays, The Perfume Cabin is not responsible for courier or third-party delays once the package has left our facility.

Delivery Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address for delivery. If you enter a P.O. box or an address type we cannot ship to, we will contact you to request an alternate address, which may delay your shipment.

Failed Delivery & Address Issues: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and secure delivery address. If a package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or other delivery failure (including refusal of delivery), we may, at our discretion:

Reship the order to you, provided you pay any additional shipping costs incurred for the re-delivery; OR

Cancel the order. If an order is canceled due to a delivery failure or refusal, there is no guarantee of a refund for the merchandise. We reserve the right to deduct any shipping fees or additional costs before issuing any refund, or to deny a refund altogether if the failure was due to customer error or refusal.

Risk of Loss & Courier Delays: Once we hand over your order to the chosen shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you (the customer). The Perfume Cabin LLC is not liable for any delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs to the package after it has been accepted by the courier. This includes situations such as packages misdelivered or stolen after confirmed delivery. We will assist customers in contacting the carrier, and provide any available information for you to file a claim with the courier, but we cannot guarantee recovery or refund for losses caused by the carrier or other third parties after shipment.

Special Delivery Requests: If you have any special delivery requirements or need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, but we do not guarantee any delivery by a certain date.
(Please note that credit card payment verification as described in Section 4 may also delay the shipment of your order. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.)
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By making a purchase on our site, you agree to contact us first to attempt resolution of any issue with your order or payment. Unilateral payment disputes or chargebacks initiated through your bank or credit card company after your order has been shipped or delivered are considered a violation of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, payment reversal, or claim against a payment you made (especially after we have fulfilled and shipped your order), The Perfume Cabin LLC reserves the right to take any of the following actions to recover the amount owed to us:

Alternate Charge: Charge any other payment method you have provided to us (or require an alternate form of payment) for the amount that was reversed or disputed, to reclaim the balance due.

Debt Collection: Assign or sell the outstanding debt to a third-party collections agency. This means the agency would then pursue you for the amount owed, and additional fees may apply to you.

Legal Action: Initiate formal legal proceedings to recover the funds and any associated losses. If we pursue legal action, you will be held responsible for all costs incurred by us in the process, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, court costs, investigation expenses, and any other related expenses.
If a chargeback is initiated, we also reserve the right to report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities or credit bureaus if applicable. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. By shopping with us, you acknowledge that The Perfume Cabin LLC will aggressively enforce its rights regarding payment disputes. Any successful recovery of funds via the above means does not limit our right to also seek additional remedies under applicable law.
7. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific return policies to ensure product integrity and safety. Before returning any item, you must obtain approval by contacting us as outlined below. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Our Returns and Refunds policy is as follows:

Return Request Timeline: To initiate a return, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order (for orders paid via Klarna, you have up to 14 days from delivery to initiate a return). Email info@theperfumecabin.com with your order number, a description of the issue/reason for return, and (if the product arrived damaged or defective) clear photos of the product and packaging before it is opened. Our customer care team will confirm if your item is eligible for return and provide return instructions.

Item Condition Requirements: Only products that are unused, unopened, and still in their original, undamaged packaging qualify for returns. This means the product safety seal or cellophane wrap (if applicable) must be intact, and the item must not show any signs of use, wear, or tampering. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for a refund (except in cases of confirmed damage in transit as noted below).

Return Shipping Costs: In most cases, customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns (except as noted in the next point). If your return is approved, we will instruct you on how to ship the product back to us. Exception: If your original order contained more than 3 products, we will cover the return shipping cost for you by providing a return label or reimbursing standard shipping costs. For orders of 3 or fewer items (including orders of a single product), you are fully responsible for paying any return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any returns, as we cannot be responsible for return shipments that fail to reach us.

Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets all the return conditions. This inspection process may take up to 31 business days (approximately 6 weeks) from the date we receive the return, although we strive to process returns much faster. Refunds will only be issued after we have verified that the returned item is in acceptable condition (unused, unopened, and undamaged as shipped). If the product fails inspection (for example, if it has been used or is not in its original condition), the return will be rejected (see “Rejected Returns” below).

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved after inspection, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the product(s) returned minus any original shipping charges. (Original shipping fees, if any were charged on your order, are non-refundable.) We will notify you by email when your refund has been issued. Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times. If you paid using Klarna or another installment/payment plan service, your refund will be processed through that service in accordance with their policies (for Klarna, refunds may adjust your payment schedule or be returned to your original payment method).

Rejected Returns: If we determine that a returned product does not meet our return requirements (for instance, if the item has been opened, partially used, or is not in the condition in which we sent it), we will not issue a refund for that item. In such cases, we will notify you that the return was rejected. You then have two options: (1) We can ship the item back to you, at your cost (we will provide an invoice for the new shipping postage which must be paid before we send the item back); or (2) You may instruct us to dispose of the item on your behalf. If you do not respond within 14 days of our notification of a rejected return, we will assume you prefer option (2) and will dispose of the item. No refund will be issued for rejected returns, and original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Products: We carefully pack all orders, but if your product arrives damaged, spilled, defective, or significantly not as described, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Please email us at info@theperfumecabin.com and include your order information and photos of the damage or issue, including pictures of the package as it arrived (before opening the product, if possible). We may require photo evidence for any claims. Once we receive your timely damage claim and required documentation, we will investigate the issue. If we confirm that the product was damaged or defective upon delivery, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include sending a replacement (if available) or issuing you a full refund for the damaged item. In some cases (for example, a spilled or broken perfume bottle), we may ask you to safely dispose of the damaged product rather than returning it, to comply with shipping safety regulations. We are not responsible for damage or loss reported after 3 business days from delivery, so please inspect your products promptly.
Please note: Because fragrance preferences are subjective, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to dissatisfaction with a scent if the product itself is not defective. We recommend trying a small amount first. Additionally, as noted in Section 1, we cannot accept returns for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
8. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Terms
By subscribing to our SMS/MMS text messaging service, you agree to receive automated marketing messages from The Perfume Cabin LLC at the phone number you provided. This may include promotional offers, cart reminders, and other marketing or transactional texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase – you can shop with us without subscribing to SMS alerts.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of our marketing text messages at any time. To stop receiving texts, reply with any of the following keywords: STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT. Once we receive your opt-out request, we will send a final confirmation text and you will not receive any further messages. (Please note that this opt-out only applies to the phone number that sent the request.)

The Perfume Cabin is not responsible for messages sent to a number that has been reassigned without our knowledge.

Appropriate Use: You must not use our SMS service for any unlawful or abusive purpose. You agree not to send us any misleading or harmful replies. We reserve the right to terminate your SMS subscription at our discretion if we believe you are abusing the service or if sending texts to your number violates any law or regulation.

Age Restriction: Our SMS/MMS service is intended for users age 18 and above. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only subscribe with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 for SMS messaging.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Perfume Cabin LLC (including our owners, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of our website, products, or any services procured from us. This includes, without limitation: damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangibles; replacement costs; or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
By using our site and purchasing our products, you agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any product or service is to discontinue use of the product or service. In no event shall our maximum aggregate liability exceed the amount actually paid by you to The Perfume Cabin LLC for the most recent product that is the subject of the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on theperfumecabin.com website – including but not limited to text, descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, icons, and software – is the intellectual property of The Perfume Cabin LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of The Perfume Cabin LLC.
You are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, or distributing any part of the site content without our prior written permission. The Perfume Cabin™ and associated logos or slogans are trademarks of The Perfume Cabin LLC. Unauthorized use of any trademarks, trade dress, or other intellectual property owned by us is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11. User Content and Feedback
If you submit any content to our site (for example, product reviews, comments, testimonials, photographs, or other creative materials), you grant The Perfume Cabin LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media. This license is granted to us without requiring any additional compensation to you and is for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our services and products.
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use the content and that posting it does not violate any third-party rights. 12. Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from The Perfume Cabin LLC or to use this website without supervision. By placing an order on our site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from someone under 13, we will promptly delete it. Parents and guardians should monitor the internet usage of their minor children and are responsible for their child’s compliance with these Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
By agreeing to these Terms, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the site, your purchase of any products, or any aspect of your relationship with The Perfume Cabin LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for matters that may be brought in small claims court. The arbitration will be conducted confidentially in the state of Georgia, USA, in English, and in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a similar arbitration body mutually agreed upon by both parties.
By entering into this agreement, you and The Perfume Cabin LLC each expressly waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You may only bring claims in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. This arbitration agreement shall survive termination of these Terms or your relationship with The Perfume Cabin LLC.
Governing Law: These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or sell you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act will govern the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration provision above.
14. Modifications to Terms
The Perfume Cabin LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, unless stated otherwise. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document when we make changes. It is your responsibility to review our Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using our site and services.
