Shipping or return time?

What happens if my order arrives broken or spilled?
Order received broken or spilled:If your order has come broken or spilled, you have 3 business day from the day you received the package to start the claim, start a claim at info@theperfumecabin.com, Please take photos before opening the box, showing the wet parts before removing the perfume from the shipping box, after we receive the claim, it will go through an inspection to determine the authenticity of the claim may take up to 31 business days after we respond to you that your claim is under review. If we determine that your product has been damaged before receiving it, you will be fully refunded, including shipping costs. You are responsible for the disposal of the broken product.

What happens if I have an allergic or other reaction to the product?
Before purchasing we recommend reviewing all the ingredients of the product, and consulting with your doctor, you agree to release us from liability for any allergy, damage, or condition developed by the use of our product. We recommend to consult with your doctor about how to proceed.
Can I use it if I am pregnant?
We do not recommend the use of our product in pregnant women, unless you have reviewed the ingredients and your doctor has allowed it, we are not responsible or liable for any damage caused by the use of our products.
