What is the estimated shipping and return timeframe?
Order processing and shipping can take up to 7 business days or more, depending on product availability, payment verification, weather conditions, or courier delays. If there is any issue or delay, we will notify you via email.
For returns, the delivery time is based entirely on the courier used. We are not responsible for delays or loss of packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier for return.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or spilled?
If your order arrives damaged or spilled, you must file a claim within 3 business days of delivery. Please:

Once we receive your claim, we will begin an inspection process which may take up to 31 business days. If we confirm that the damage occurred prior to delivery, you will be issued a full refund including shipping costs. You are responsible for safely disposing of any damaged products.
How can I return a product?
To request a return, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. If you paid with Klarna, you have up to 14 days from delivery, as long as the product is unused and sealed.

What if I experience an allergic reaction or skin sensitivity?
Before purchasing, please carefully review the list of ingredients for each product and consult your doctor if needed. By purchasing from us, you agree that The Perfume Cabin LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or health issues resulting from the use of our products.
If you experience any discomfort, stop using the product immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
Can I use the products if I'm pregnant?
We do not recommend using our products while pregnant unless you’ve reviewed the ingredients with your doctor and received medical approval. The Perfume Cabin LLC is not liable for any effects related to product use during pregnancy.
How can I unsubscribe from emails or promotional messages?
To stop receiving text messages, simply reply with “STOP”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”, or “CANCEL”.
