At The Perfume Cabin LLC, we’re committed to providing a high-quality experience with every order. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before submitting a request.


📦 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care Department at info@theperfumecabin.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Please include:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A description of any damages

  • Photos of the product (especially if damaged)

Our team will respond with next steps and confirm whether your return is eligible.


🔁 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 3 business days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • The packaging must be in perfect condition (no scratches, marks, or damaged boxes).

Returns will not be accepted:

  • If the product has been opened or used

  • If the box or bottle shows signs of wear

  • Simply because you don’t like the scent

All returns are subject to inspection, which can take up to 31 business days.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If you purchased more than 3 products, your return shipping is free.

  • If you purchased 1 product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees vary depending on your location.


✅ Return Outcomes

If Approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product arrived damaged.

If Rejected:

  • You may request to have the item returned to you at your expense.

  • Or, we can dispose of the item — no refund will be issued in this case.


❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before a shipping label has been created.
If your order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation or refund.


🧴 Damaged or Spilled Products

If your package arrives broken or leaking:

  • Email us at info@theperfumecabin.com within 3 business days

  • Include photos of the package before opening it, showing the wet or damaged areas

Once we review and confirm the damage occurred during transit:

  • You’ll receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

  • You are responsible for safely disposing of the broken item.


💳 Klarna-Paid Orders

If you used Klarna for your purchase:

  • You have 14 days to return the product.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and sealed for sanitary reasons.

Opened items are not eligible for return or refund.


🚚 Return Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the return shipping carrier

  • Lost or missing return shipments

The delivery timeline for your return depends entirely on the courier used.
