📦 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care Department at info@theperfumecabin.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The packaging must be in perfect condition (no scratches, marks, or damaged boxes).
Returns will not be accepted:

All returns are subject to inspection, which can take up to 31 business days.

If you purchased more than 3 products, your return shipping is free.

If you purchased 1 product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before a shipping label has been created.
If your order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation or refund.
🧴 Damaged or Spilled Products
If your package arrives broken or leaking:

Include photos of the package before opening it, showing the wet or damaged areas
Once we review and confirm the damage occurred during transit:

💳 Klarna-Paid Orders
If you used Klarna for your purchase:

You have 14 days to return the product.

The item must be unused, unopened, and sealed for sanitary reasons.
Opened items are not eligible for return or refund.
🚚 Return Delays & Lost Packages
