Please attach a picture of the Product. our Customer Care Department will inform you as to whether the return of the Product can proceed.

Shipping and Delivery:We strive to ensure that products are delivered within the estimated time frame. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as problems with the courier or customs. Shipping may take up to 7 business days or more, not limited to specific days or times, it may take longer, we will notify the customer if there is any news or problem with their order.
