Contact our Customer Care Department at info@theperfumecabin.com stating the order number, the reason for the return, and the description of the damages, if any. Please attach a picture of the Product. our Customer Care Department will inform you as to whether the return of the Product can proceed.

Shipping may take up to 7 business days or more, not limited to specific days or times, it may take longer, we will notify the customer if there is any news or problem with their order.
